Texas lawmakers hint at changes to noncompete rules as FTC ban hangs in limbo

Comments from members of the state Senate’s Business and Commerce Committee hinted that they’re inclined to propose legislation that significantly reduces employers’ ability to write long-term and relatively vague noncompete contracts.
