Portland software firm acquired in $53M deal

Marketing automation company Act-On Software agreed to be acquired by Seattle-based Banzai International Inc. (Nasdaq: BNZI) in a deal valued at $53.2 million.

The deal consists of $33.2 million in Banzai class A common stock and warrants as well as $20 million in cash. Banzai executives expect the deal to add $27 million in revenue for the 12-month period ending Dec. 31, 2025.

Act-On is among the high profile companies to come out of Portland’s software boom in the 2010s.…
