What book did you read as a child that influenced the rest of your life? For Tehmina Masud, it was James Watson’s “Double Helix.” Today she’s living her own version of scientific breakthroughs. 

I’ve been fascinated by science since I was a child. Growing up, I always questioned everything, which made the scientific process intriguing to me. I liked the way it allowed me to find logic and solve problems.
